What is Latitude?
Latitude is an ecommerce operations platform built for Sri Lankan brands to sell online. You get a custom-built ecommerce website, and our team manages the platform and every technical detail for one flat monthly fee, so you never deal with plugins breaking or chasing developers. You run your business; we keep your store working. Latitude is built and run by Axle Global in Sri Lanka.
How can my brand sell online in Sri Lanka?
With Latitude, you don’t need to build a website yourself. We set up your custom online store, connect cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payments, set up delivery fees and store pickup, and launch in about two weeks. After that, you run your products and orders from your own dashboard, while our team manages the platform behind it for a flat monthly fee.
Who is behind Latitude?
Latitude is built and run by Axle Global, a software studio in Sri Lanka that has been building products for businesses since 2023, with more than 40 projects delivered for over 20 clients in six countries: Sri Lanka, the United States, Canada, France, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand. The same team builds, launches and looks after your store.
Is Latitude self-serve?
No. Latitude isn’t a do-it-yourself website builder: our team builds and sets up your store for you, so you never have to configure a website.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No technical knowledge is needed to run a Latitude store. We build and set up your store, then show you how to add products, update prices, and manage orders. Hosting, security, backups, and platform updates are handled by our team.
Does Latitude run my day-to-day operations?
No. You run your business: your products, prices, orders and customers, from your own dashboard. Latitude’s managed team looks after the platform and the technical side: hosting, security, backups, updates and fixes.
How do my customers pay?
Latitude stores take cash on delivery and bank transfer from day one. When you are ready, we connect a card payment gateway so customers can pay online with a card too.
How quickly can my store go live?
A Latitude store launch is planned over two weeks. In week one, we work on your branding, build the store, and load and check your product data. In week two, we set up payments and delivery, test the store, train you, and launch. We will agree on the timing once your content and payment requirements are ready.
How do I get a quote?
